Our Team

Rich & Nancy Stephens – Chaplains - Rich and Nancy bring a real combined shepherd’s heart to our work. This godly, pastoral couple will offer counsel, prayer and friendship to the men, women and children we will reach. They also will recruit other pastors and church leaders to do the same.

 

Mike & Amy O'Shaughnessy - leaders of the red Couch Ministry - serving dinners on Sunday afternoons at Riddell and Hwy 303.  Mike is now the Operations Manager of the Mission, Amy will serve as the volunteer coordinator.

 

Thanks to all of our Friday Groups - Bill and Marlene Walters, Amy Olsen Group, Gherna Group, Hillcrest Group and several others - a host of hard working gfroups and individuals make it happen every week to the glory of Jesus!

Walt LeCouteur – Executive Director – Walt and his wife Mary bring a depth of ministry experience and love for people to serve Bremerton’s poor.

Walt assumed this role on August 1, 2010. He is  a co-founder of the mission and has been involved since its inception in June 2009.

Mike and Amy O'Shaughessy 
Mike is our Operations Manager and coordinates all acrtivity at the meal sites and Mission Guy operations.
Amy is theVolunteer Coordinator and is responsible for overseeing volunteer training, coordination and scheduling.

Mike and Amy bring a special connection with the homeless to mission.
