Doug Leider (left below) has worked faithfully at the Hub each Friday to ensure our guests come into a warm clean environment.  Doug also does close up and is a valuble member of our team. 

Mark Peterson (right above) has served both Friday and Sunday and is now a member of our Board.

Thanks to all of our Friday Groups - Amy Olsen Group, Gherna Group, Hillcrest Group and several others - a host of hard working groups and individuals make it happen every week to the glory of Jesus!

LeCouteur – Executive Director – Walt and his wife Mary bring a depth of ministry experience and love for people. They are passionate about meeting the needs of the poor and homeless of Kitsap County.

Walt assumed this role on August 1, 2010. He is  a co-founder of the mission and has been involved since its inception in June 2009.

Rachel Weaver - Executive Assistant - Rachel has brought a great level of enthusiasm to our team with a varity of development skills.  She is responsible for fund raising and a variety of administrative  functions in support of the Executive Director.

Mike and Amy O'Shaughessy 
Mike is our Operations Manager and coordinates all activity at the meal sites and Mission Guy operations.

Amy is the Volunteer Coordinator and is responsible for overseeing volunteer training, coordination and scheduling.

Mike and Amy bring a special connection with the homeless to mission.

Leah Ritchie (left) has been volunteering at the Hub almost from day one.  She has now expanded her work to the manage all donation for the Mission. She brings a warmth of compassion to all she meets and goes our of her way to ensure that everyones needs are met. Murial (right) has been at Leah's side for most of the journey.
